1. What this covers.
This page describes how Elephant Accountability LLC ("KnolleD" / "Sales EDC" / "we") handles information when you use the product at knolledai.com — your account, your book, and the connectors you choose to attach.
2. Your book stays in your tenant.
Your book lives in an isolated tenant; it is never shared across customers. Contacts, emails, documents, goals, and outcomes tied to your account stay scoped to you. We do not sell your book.
3. What we collect.
Account: email, password hash, invite/terms acceptance, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in. Connected sources: only the apps you connect (for example Gmail or Drive) — we read what those connectors authorize so your book can ground answers in your own material. Product usage: retention, actions taken, replies, and outcomes so we can see whether the product works; only aggregate metrics appear in our materials, and your name, company, or testimonial only with your prior written approval.
4. How we use it.
We use your data to serve your book — retrieve from it, prepare drafts for your review, and record outcomes you approve. No outbound message is sent without your explicit approval. Model calls that process your content are for serving your account; they are not a path to train a public model on your book.
5. Return and erase.
Your raw inputs (contacts, emails, documents) are returnable to you in full on request, and your tenant is erasable on request — with a deletion receipt. Email [email protected] to start either path.
6. Cookies and session.
We use a signed session cookie so the product knows who is signed in. We do not use that cookie to advertise to you on other sites.
7. Changes.
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with the version string bumped. Material changes get notice by email before they take effect for accounts already in use.
